Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails (Outlook)
- Book appointments and respond to patient queries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our UK-based clinic receptionists and clinicians to coordinate schedules and bookings
- Communicate with external partners (labs, radiology centres, etc.) to facilitate patient care
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear British accent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general digital communication tools
