Client support - Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Freshers with any Degree
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client issues and prioritize effectively.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of our products/services (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
