Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of the sales and client acquisition process, from initial outreach to closing deals successfully, while actively working on LinkedIn to generate leads, build a quality network, and establish connections with decision-makers.
2. Schedule, manage, and conduct product demos with prospective clients to showcase services and offerings effectively, leveraging LinkedIn to engage potential leads and decision-makers.
3. Follow up proactively after demos to handle queries, overcome objections, convert leads into paying clients, and strengthen connections via LinkedIn networking.
4. Assist candidates with job search support by identifying relevant job opportunities across multiple platforms and updating the same on their live tracker.
5. Tailor and update resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles based on job descriptions and individual client backgrounds.
6. Possess a strong understanding of the UK market and recruitment landscape to provide effective guidance and support.
7. Apply to job openings on behalf of candidates, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality submissions.
8. Communicate with clients regularly to provide status updates on applications, interviews, and opportunities via live chat and calls.
9. Maintain comprehensive records of all job applications, employer responses, client interactions, and lead pipelines.
10. Collaborate closely with the recruitment, outreach, and career coaching teams to align strategies with client and business goals.
11. Use Trello tool effectively to manage tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines.
12. Support the outreach team in building and nurturing strong relationships with employers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
13. Take part in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance sales, recruitment, and client success strategies.

-Minimum Contract Term and Early Termination Clause
The successful applicant agrees to commit to a minimum period of one (1) year of continuous service with the company, commencing from the official start date.
In the event that the employee voluntarily terminates the contract or resigns without just cause before completing the one-year term, the company reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in recruitment, training, and onboarding, up to a salary paid to the employee.
