Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Vertex Events LLP, a leading event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth execution of events, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events, ensuring all client requirements are incorporated and delivered with high standards.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during the planning or execution phases, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event management, production, and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback post-event, providing detailed reports and insights to improve future events and client satisfaction.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about event progress and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or event management.
- Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups to achieve common goals.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
