Job Title: Client Servicing Executive – Events
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal teams
- Understand client requirements and develop effective briefs for the creative and production teams
- Ensure smooth execution of events by coordinating with vendors, logistics, and production
- Prepare and present event proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout project lifecycle
- Address client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Support on-site event execution and client handling when needed
- Maintain records of all client interactions, feedback, and event outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel and be available for on-ground event support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
