We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver projects on time.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings.
- Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
