We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build lasting client relationships, manage project timelines, and keep communication flowing smoothly between clients and our creative team.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand briefs, extract clarity, and share actionable inputs with the creative team
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery – from brief to execution and feedback rounds
- Liaise with internal teams (design, copy, strategy, production) to ensure timely, quality output
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations professionally
- Contribute to strategy discussions and help upsell new services to clients
- Prepare and present basic decks, timelines, and campaign updates
- Maintain documentation, reports, and clear communication trails
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management in a creative or digital agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written, spoken, and visual
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort working with creative teams and managing feedback constructively
- Basic understanding of branding, digital content, and campaign structures
- Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
- Bonus if you’ve worked on presentation decks, timelines, or client pitches

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
