The Client Servicing Executive is the primary point of contact for clients, orchestrating communication and campaign delivery across internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction while driving campaign effectiveness and agency-client partnership growth
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between client and agency—intake briefs, provide updates, manage feedback, and foster trust
- Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, production, and digital teams
- Coordinate campaign delivery—manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and billing FounditInfinity Advertising Network.
- Monitor performance and reporting—track campaign outcomes, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support new business pitches
- Maintain transparency—prepare presentations, proposals, and communicate strategy clearly
- Stay current with industry trends and media landscape, particularly digital and ATL channels
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising or marketing agency
