Client Relationship Officer – Event Planner Company
Role Summary:
The Client Relationship Officer ensures that every client’s needs are understood and met by closely working with both the clients and the internal team. They accompany the planning & execution team, note client requirements, and make sure the right resources are arranged on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tag along with the event team during meetings, site visits, and planning sessions.
- Understand and record client requirements in detail.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to source required materials/resources.
- Provide updates and reassurance to clients during the planning and execution stages.
- Solve small issues on the spot and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure smooth client experience before, during, and after the event.
Skills Needed:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of event needs (decor, logistics, vendors, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
