We’re seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator & Client Relationship Executive to manage, nurture, and convert leads generated from national and international exhibitions. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle, track, and prioritize leads received from domestic and international exhibitions.
- Initiate timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Qualify leads and update details accurately in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team for proposals, quotations, and client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Share weekly reports on lead conversion progress and client feedback.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) across calls, emails, chats, and virtual platforms.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Quick understanding of product portfolio with confidence in client communication.
- Client-focused, polite, persuasive, and adaptable.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate orMBA preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, tele sales, client servicing, or customer relationship roles.
- Exposure to lead management from trade shows / exhibitions (national & international) is a definite plus.

Pay: ₹11,434.70 - ₹40,000.00 per month
