We’re looking for a warm, relationship-driven communicator to manage customer and vendor engagement for a group of creative and lifestyle brands. You’ll be the friendly voice that reaches out, gathers feedback, helps customers through their purchase journey, and builds lasting connections, all while introducing people to new opportunities, products, and services in a subtle, value-first way.
You’ll work across 3–4 brands spanning creative products, events and service-based platforms, adapting your tone and approach for each audience.
What You’ll Do
- Follow up with customers and vendors after purchases or registrations to gather feedback.
- Cold calls, assist customers with placing their orders and guide them through the checkout process.
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels, ensuring quick and helpful responses.
- Share product/service recommendations in a friendly, non-salesy way.
- Help onboard vendors/service providers and guide them through listing or setup processes.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders and follow-ups.
- Coordinate user-generated content and success stories for social media.
- Send monthly WhatsApp or email updates highlighting new offerings, features, and success stories.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English (bonus: Hindi/Telugu).
- Friendly, professional, and patient communicator.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and basic CRM/order management tools.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Bonus: Experience in customer support, sales assistance or event/vendor coordination.
