The Store Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional client engagement, driving sales performance, and delivering a premium luxury shopping experience. This role requires deep product knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to support both individual and team objectives within the boutique.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityClient Engagement
- Greet and welcome clients, offering personalized service and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding preferences and providing tailored advice.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience, from initial interaction to post-purchase follow-up.
Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional service to enhance the overall luxury experience.
- Organize and host exclusive previews, private showings, and client events.
- Handle all client interactions with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with industry trends and luxury jewelry market developments.
- Provide expert advice on products, features, materials, and market conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s inventory and collections.
Sales & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client account information.
- Assist with administrative processes related to sales, stock, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and updates for management.
Team Support
- Collaborate with peers to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
- Support in training and mentoring new or junior team members.
- Share insights on client preferences and market trends during team discussions.
Client Feedback & Improvement
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
