Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Monitoring & Work Supervision:
- Oversee daily construction activities (RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.).
- Ensure work is as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Material & Labour Management:
- Inspect material quality (cement, steel, bricks, etc.) and track inventory.
- Manage labour deployment, attendance, and productivity.
- Drawing & Problem-Solving:
- Read and interpret drawings.
- Identify site issues (delays, quality defects) and resolve them promptly.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Submit daily progress reports to directors.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and architects for smooth execution.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in residential/colony projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD basics, construction techniques, and safety norms.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- For Civil Supervisor: ITI/Diploma in Civil with 2-3 years in housing projects.
