Job Description :
- 4-6 + years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (7.x)
- Proficiency in Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio
- Experience with Citrix Cloud, FSLogix, profile management, and GPO configurations.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure.
- Administer and support Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Cloud services.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades across the Citrix environment.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity or availability issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix-related issues, including profile management, connectivity, and session performance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and end-user teams to deliver optimal virtual workspace solutions.
- Consultation for new order processing and requirement gathering from customers.
