3. Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive digital transformation initiatives, with a well designed IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with group's vision and business goals to enhance customer experiences.
4. Operational efficiency: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and IT operations, optimize business processes through automation and digital tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Business Partnership: Strategically partner with business units to enable the development of world-class technology processes and systems across key operations.
6. Innovation and Technology Adoption: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and integrating new digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
7. IT Governance and Security: Establish robust IT policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms to ensure secure and effective IT operations.
8. Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
9. Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Educational Qualification: 
BE/BTech Computer Science or related
MBA or ME/MTech in Computer Science or Related

Work Experience: 
20+ years experience with 8 - 10 years in similar role, leading IT functions for a group/Conglomerate/MNC with diversified businesses and cross border operations. 
Rich experience in strategy formulation and framework conceptualization with exposure to cyber security and IT risk management.
