Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights to drive strategy, expansion, pricing, and cost optimization.
- Evaluate capex proposals and ensure working capital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with DoF regulations on fertilizer subsidies and pricing.
- Oversee costing, regulatory audits, MIS, and plant performance monitoring.
- Manage statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across locations, building expertise in fertilizer-specific processes.
Desired Attributes:
- CA/CMA/MBA in Finance with 10–15 years exposure in Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing finance.
- Strong knowledge of DoF subsidy guidelines, IFMS/mFMS, costing, and plant finance.
- Proven leadership in audits, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
