Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage regularly to identify any suspicious activities.
- Report and document incidents promptly to the security team or management.
- Maintain accurate logs of camera operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately.
- Assist law enforcement or internal teams by providing relevant footage when required.
- Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding privacy and surveillance.
- Coordinate with the security team during emergencies or suspicious occurrences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all surveillance matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Good observational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods and react quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in operating surveillance software.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications is a plus.
