We are inviting candidates with a career gap (passed out between 2011–2023) to restart their careers in the IT industry through our Re-entry Program. Whether you are certified or non-certified, this is a chance to update your skills, get trained in the latest technologies, and work on real-time projects.
This opportunity is ideal for those looking to re-enter the tech workforce in fields such as
Java, .NET, Software Testing, Cloud Computing, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training programs in one or more of the following: Java, .NET, Software Testing (Manual & Automation), Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps Tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD).
- Work on real-world simulation projects to bridge the gap in technical experience.
- Collaborate with mentors and technical leads to gain hands-on experience.
- Understand modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and tools.
- Build, test, and deploy simple applications in your chosen technology stack.
- Prepare for interviews and certification exams (if desired).
- Join as a junior developer, tester, cloud/DevOps engineer upon successful training.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of any programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with databases, web technologies, or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and environments.
- Strong commitment to restarting your career and updating your skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Year: 2011 to 2023 pass-outs.
- Education: Open to any degree – technical or non-technical.
- Career Gap Friendly: This program is specifically designed for candidates with a career gap or no prior industry experience.
- Certifications: Not mandatory. Candidates with or without certifications can apply.
