- Performing diagnostic tests like ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
- Interpreting results to identify cardiovascular issues
- Prescribing treatments including medications, lifestyle changes, or surgical procedures
- Performing procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, or pacemaker implantation
- Collaborating with other specialists to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients on heart health and preventive care
- Maintaining detailed medical records and monitoring patient progress
