- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide solutions
- Make outbound calls to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales quotas
- Maintain customer databases, update customer information, and record customer feedback
- Follow up with incoming leads and escalate issues to the appropriate team
- Take and process orders, forms, and applications
- Provide information about products and services, and update customers on new launches
