A Call Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a call center team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:- Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching call center representatives, monitoring calls, providing feedback, resolving escalated customer issues, and creating reports on key metrics.
