Job Description:
We are seeking a well-experienced and creative Cake & Pastry Chef for our newly opened pure vegetarian outlet at South Ex-II. The ideal candidate should have expertise in crafting high-quality, eggless cakes, pastries, and desserts with modern presentation, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of eggless cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items
- Innovate and introduce new vegetarian dessert varieties
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Handle all aspects of preparation, baking, decorating, and finishing
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all items
- Manage inventory and minimize wastage
- Train and guide junior staff when required
- Coordinate with the outlet manager for production planning
- Maintain cleanliness and proper kitchen workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry & bakery, preferably in a vegetarian setup
- Strong knowledge of eggless baking techniques
- Expertise in decoration, finishing, and styling of cakes and desserts
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Must be presentable and maintain grooming standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: Based on interview performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
