Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day café operations including opening/closing procedures, team briefings, and shift management
- Supervise and train staff in customer service, food safety, and upselling techniques
- Monitor food presentation, service speed, and guest satisfaction throughout operations
- Manage inventory levels, supplier coordination, and daily stock reconciliation
- Assist with menu updates, promotional execution, and brand-aligned service delivery
- Ensure GST, billing, and basic compliance processes are adhered to
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and promote repeat business
- Prepare shift schedules, daily sales reports, and collaborate with management on performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café or quick-service restaurant supervision
- Strong communication skills and a team-first leadership style
- Basic understanding of P&L, cash handling, and hygiene protocols
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during peak hours
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tracking tools

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
