- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and process billing
- Prepare and serve beverages and snacks as per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet
- Restock supplies and assist in daily inventory checks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the outlet
- Follow all food safety and quality guidelines
