- Minimum 1 year in a cash-handling or customer service role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic arithmetic.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication.
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability (including weekends and early mornings/late evenings).
- Optional: Food Safety certification or barista training.
