Primary Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
- Audit Support:
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Verify financial records, vouchers, and ledgers.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
- Support in tax assessments and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Budgeting & Cost Analysis:
- Help in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Track expenses and assist in cost optimization.
- Financial Analysis & MIS:
- Analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Support in financial forecasting and business planning.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes.
- Assist in implementing automation and best practices.

- Basic knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).

- Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAI (Inter/Articleship).
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (preferred).
- Prior internship experience in finance/accounting (a plus).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
