You will also engage in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are met, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs you create. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and effective communication to drive successful outcomes across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. - Experience with performance metrics and key performance indicators. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform process improvements. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
