About the Role: *This role is based in Pune, India*We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Lead to focus on transforming Abacus Operations into a data and insights driven
organization. This high-impact role will lead the design, development, and execution of delivery metrics, performance reporting, and knowledge frameworks that enable operational improvement through increased transparency and execution rigor across client programs and internal initiatives. As a senior team member, you will work cross-functionally with Project Management, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to leverage latest technologies, including GenAI and Agentic Systems, to turn delivery data into actionable insights, while also structuring and governing critical knowledge assets across the project lifecycle. You Will: Operational Insights - Lead the design and development of dashboards that track delivery performance across client and internal programs, including status, KPIs, blockers, resource utilization, and client financials.
- Translate delivery data into insights that influence prioritization, risk mitigation, and cross-functional planning. - Build and maintain operational and executive dashboards (Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.) and other tools to quickly disseminate key insights to the right person at the right time.
- Standardize reporting formats and cadences for internal delivery reviews, portfolio updates, and executive briefings.
- Own data integrity across delivery tooling (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira) and drive hygiene compliance with project teams.
- Lead evolution of our operational insights strategy through leveraging latesttechnologies, including GenAI, to reduce manual effort to uncover insights and put insights into the hands of team members to drive better results. Knowledge & Process Governance - Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) to store SOPs, templates, and artifacts across delivery work streams.
- Lead documentation best practices for project initiation, closure, and handovers.
- Partner with cross functional teams to define and maintain project lifecycle artifacts and stage gate requirements for stage gate reviews and project closure.
- Ensure accessibility, version control, and audit readiness of all operational documentation. What We’re Looking For: - 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, or Operational Reporting roles (Healthcare, SaaS, or Tech industry preferred).
- Strong command of reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytic acumen, including demonstrated expertise in operational analytics.
- Experience building or managing knowledge management systems and internal governance practices.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to filter complex project data into executive-level insights.
- Highly collaborative and proactive in managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
