Job Summary
The Business Growth Executive is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves networking, client acquisition, and promoting the company’s products or services to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
