Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and business development activities to senior management.
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
