Job Summary:
Adhiran Infotech is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth across international markets including the USA, Dubai, Singapore, and Australia. This role focuses on IT services-based projects, with core responsibilities in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-spoken, target-driven, and open to occasional international travel if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Identify and pursue new business opportunities across USA, Dubai, Singapore, and Australia in the IT services sector.
- · Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, bulk email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
- · Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demos with prospective clients.
- · Maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and CRM updates.
- · Collaborate with the technical and presales teams to deliver customized proposals and solutions.
- · Participate in online and offline marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- · Represent the company in client meetings and international expos, if required.
- · Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies in target regions.
Required Skills:
- · 2–5 years of experience in IT service sales or international business development.
- · Strong knowledge of international markets (USA, Dubai, Singapore, and Australia).
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- · Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
- · Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- · Willingness to travel internationally for business needs, when required.
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- · Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in IT solutions/services.

Pay: ₹25,312.14 - ₹52,080.04 per month
