Business Development Executive (Bihar Multiple Cities)
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team as we expand our retail pharmacy franchise network across cities in Bihar.
This role is focused on building long-term partnerships and supporting the responsible growth of our franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential franchise partners in Bihar.
- Build professional relationships within the local business community.
- Support new franchise setup, compliance, and ongoing collaboration.
- Conduct market research and share insights with the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in business development, preferably in BFSI or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Willingness to travel within Bihar as required.
