Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to translate these needs into actionable plans, and guiding the implementation of key initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing business cases that support transformation efforts, ensuring that the solutions proposed are both effective and sustainable in the long term. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
