Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. You will engage with teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes, making a significant impact on the organization’s strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration. - Develop and present business cases to stakeholders to support decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with change management methodologies and practices. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
