Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also engage in discussions to translate business requirements into actionable technology-enabled solutions, ensuring that the implementation of these solutions effectively supports the overall transformation initiatives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present business cases to support proposed initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in developing and implementing business solutions that drive efficiency. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to guide implementation efforts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
