Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Management Reporting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in developing and implementing financial reporting frameworks. - Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. - Proficiency in using financial management software and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Management Reporting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
