Job Title: BPO Trainer
Location: Nagpur
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience : Experience in both domestic and international BPO environments
Skills Required :
- Certification in training or facilitation (e.g., TTT, NLP)
- Experience in both domestic and international BPO environments
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven experience as a BPO Trainer or Process Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of call center operations and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle a large group of trainees and adapt training methods accordingly.
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs for voice and non-voice BPO processes.
- Design and develop training modules, manuals, and learning materials.
- Train employees on communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Conduct refresher sessions and continuous improvement training.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to identify skill gaps.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
- Stay updated on BPO trends, client processes, and compliance requirements.
