- Coordinate with internal teams to gather all required documents for invoice submission (e.g., invoices, work completion certificates, approvals, etc.).
- Submit bills to relevant government departments/officers in accordance with their specific procedures and formats.
- Conduct regular in-person follow-ups with government officials regarding the status of bill processing and payments.
- Maintain a detailed tracker/log of submitted bills, pending payments, and follow-up activities.
- Respond to and resolve any invoice-related queries or objections from government clients.
