- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
- Proficient in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
