Invoice Generation:Preparing and processing invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Payment Processing:Managing payment collections, reconciling accounts, and resolving any payment discrepancies.
Customer Communication:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Financial Reporting:Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.
Compliance:Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bcom
Experience: 1-2 years experience, freshers with quick learning skills can also be considered.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Office Suite (especially Excel),
Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
