Venus Stationary Mart is a trusted trading and manufacturing firm based in Vijayawada, serving schools, offices, and retailers with top-quality stationery products. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated individual to manage billing and customer interactions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and invoicing using Tally or similar software.
- Manage sales-related calls – receive and place customer orders, respond to inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of bills, sales, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order delivery.
- Assist with basic shop operations and maintain professional communication.
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Billing Software) required.
- Good communication in Hindi and Telugu; English is a plus.
- Must be punctual, organized, and willing to learn.
Salary Details:
- Starting salary: ₹10,000/month
- Salary may increase based on your skills, performance, and contribution
- Future incentive options based on performance
