Job Ttile: Billing and AR Administrator-Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Administrator to join our team. Construction billing is preferred with experience in progress billings, AIA billings, prelims, releases, mechanical liens and collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s customer billings, invoicing, cash receipts, collections, AR analysis and financial reporting processes. This role requires a strong understanding of Construction Accounting and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve billing inquiries.
Skills: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar business degree, Experience in collections and lien processing, preferably in the construction industry, Strong communication skills with a ‘customer service approach’.
