We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our call center team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and requests in English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving complaints.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
