- Operate bending machines (CNC / hydraulic press brake) to bend and form sheet metal parts.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set up machines by installing tools, dies, and adjusting settings as per job requirements.
- Measure, inspect, and verify components to ensure they meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.
- Identify and report machine faults, material defects, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Meet daily production targets while ensuring minimal material wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the production team and support continuous improvement activities.
