The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven track record in placing IT consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and place IT consultants on client projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable consultants.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.
- Provide regular updates on placement progress.
Requirements:
- Proven 6+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
- Strong network of IT consultants and clients.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets (interviews & placements).
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Working time 9 AM to 5 PM EST
