Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct introductory calls to explain our products/services and understand customer needs.
- Schedule meetings or product demos with senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in achieving business targets
