Job Title: Desktop Admin Officer
Location: Phase 8B, Mohali
Experience: Freshers (BCA) / 6 months – 1 year
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and growth-oriented Desktop Admin Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for BCA freshers or candidates with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in IT and desktop administration. You will work closely with our IT team and learn on the job while contributing to daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and other office devices.
- Perform software installations, updates, and basic configurations.
- Troubleshoot minor issues related to hardware, software, printers, and networking.
- Coordinate with senior IT team members for escalated support.
- Maintain records of assets and system configurations.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on support requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Key Requirements:
- BCA or equivalent qualification preferred. Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and computer setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor system, hardware, or network issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT/technical field.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
