Job Title: Barista

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at our premium café outlets in Delhi and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in café operations and be skilled in preparing a variety of beverages, particularly specialty coffee and tea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Handle daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory as required
- Assist in training new staff members (if experienced)
- Take and serve food & beverage orders in a timely manner
- Handle POS transactions and billing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a café or coffee shop
- Sound knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in barista training (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with latte art and specialty brewing methods (e.g., French press, AeroPress, pour-over)
