About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vetting Executive to join our team. The Vetting Executive will be responsible for conducting background checks and verifying information provided by candidates in their job applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Your main responsibilities may include:
- Conduct thorough background checks on job candidates, including employment history, education, and criminal records
- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of all candidate-provided information
- Compile detailed reports of findings and present them to management for review
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations
- Communicate with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders as needed
