Job Description:
Vishal Foods is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in order processing, customer coordination, and backend sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales team and clients for order updates
- Process sales orders and update system records accurately
- Maintain stock and sales transaction reports
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation and delivery updates
- Prepare daily MIS and assist in backend support for sales team
- Handle emails, calls, and basic customer service queries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or back-office role
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and basic computer operations
- Strong communication in Hindi and basic English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Experience in FMCG/food industry is an added advantage
